Strm Trpr
This is just a WAG. needles middle clip 27.5 pilots 280 mains 1.5 turns out on the airscrews from fully seated. Do Not Over Tighten the airscrews! Just seat them, take note of the screw head slot and turn them out 1.5 turns. They should be the same. Do you still have TORS? Make sure your carb slides are sync'd. The bottom end is going to suck with CPI In Frame Drag Pipes. You will have to slip the clutch more to keep the stock port motor on the pipe. I can't imagine you're riding trails with this pipe set-up, but stranger things have happened. If you are riding dirty/muddy wet areas? Do you plan on keeping the airbox and lid? If so, get the Pro-Design billet intake kit that fits in the airbox and allows you to replace that stock POS stock filter set-up with a K&N Filter and an Outer Wear. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=457 If you do not ride in dirty/muddy areas, then get two K&N Filters and Outer Weasrs for the stock carbs and remove the entire airbox entirely. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=

Strm Trpr
Main jet affects 3/4 to WOT. There's nothing you can do but live with your decision.
Loosechange19
No worries, just trying to learn here I understand these pipes aren't designed for what I'm doing I have not moved the needle yet ethier Would that or is that still necessity? I'm okay with it as it is really I also have a +4 timing plate I need to install, maybe that'll do something

trickedcarbine
The timing will get you some bottom end back. Also, a new head and domes will help liven it up a bit. Maybe have a stock head milled and re chambered by mull. Just order a used one online and drop ship it

Some say it will give more top end and others say it will give more bottom.
trickedcarbine
^ timing gets the bike low end. Excessive timing up top makes the motor fight itself and won't rev out as well. This is why guys with programmable ignitions set up curves with heavy advance early on, and then retard the timing further up in the revs.
