Hey guys..I got a question for u...I currently bought a 4mm stroker motor that was used for drag racing off a Friend of mine...engine ran exceptionally well...my question is...he had 35mm pwks on it...dyno tuned with them but he sold the carbs before I bought motor...I currently have a set of 38mm carbs..from my T-Rex motor...I was wondering do u guys think the 38s will work or should I just spend extra cash and buy the 35s?

Did you keep them tappered?

I've come to find out the hard way. That Numbers are just numbers when dealing with carbs.. better measure wat you have to be what they are.

They are fully CNCd all the way through bell housing. It's all bout flow and velocity...if that answers ur question

I struggled with 44s on a tad bigger motor than a 7 Mil Super Cub is why I said what I did. Had to go to the same carbs (41 mm PWKs) JT mentioned to get it to run for 300' racing. 44s worked good on the dyno though.
