You need to learn more about tuning.

Get or look at pics of Mikuni Pocket Tuning Calculater. It recomends one main jet size for every 20*f change. The higer the state of "tune" on a motor, the more it needs "tuning" with the weather. Always jet on the rich side, plugs are cheaper than pistons. The few horses you leave in the barn will still be there when you get back.

 

My son's banshee I increase 3 sizes for winter riding.
